| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 29, 2003 Florence (Howard) Sanford, age 94, passed peacefully from this life into the presence of her Lord on December 17, 2002 in McCalla, Ala. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Sanford; her sister, Edith Howard; and her brother, David Howard. She is survived by her brother, Victor Howard; her son, Howard Sanford; her daughter, Leona Cork; six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was a esident of Camp Verde for 20 years. A graveside memorial service will be Friday, January 31, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. at the Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Rd. |
