Louis V. Woisin, 78, passed away January 1, 2003 in Staban Township, Penn. Louis, was born in New York City, New York on December 20, 1924.

He worked for the state of Arizona in the 70's as a Civil Engineer.

He served as boatswians 2nd class in the Navy during WWII. He participated in the invasion of North Africa and Sicily.

Survived by daughters, Candy Bigelow of Annapolis, Md., Bobby Jo Martinez of Fort Wayne, Ind. and Kristy Woisin of Ind.; brother Richard of Phoenix, Az. and five grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on January 31, 2003 at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek and Pinnacle Peak Rd.

The family suggests contributions to the Arizona Human Society.
