| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 10, 2009 Judy Heath, 64, of Glendale and formerly Avondale and Buckeye died from pancreatic cancer Jan. 24, 2009, at Hospice of the Valley in Peoria. Mrs. Heath was born May 12, 1944, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Ben and Clara Hoover. She was a homemaker. She is survived by one daughter, Jackie Hughes; one son, Guy Zittel; one sister, Betty LeVasseur; and four grandchildren. No services are planned. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014 |
