Wilfred R. "Ray" Talbot, 75, of Tucson, and formerly of South Hadley, Mass., died on June 25, 1992, in the Veterans Administration Medical Center Hospice. He was retired from Parsons Paper Co. in Holyoke, Mass. Born in Manchester, N.H., he lived in the South Hadley, Massachusetts area for many years. He was an Army veteran of World War II, and served in the European theater. He moved to Tucson 15 years ago. He was a member of veterans' organizations in Arizona and formerly belonged to the Knights of Columbus in Holyoke. He leaves his wife, the former Stella Paul; a daughter, Christine Fimbel of Granby, Mass.; a sister, Doris St. Germain of Stuart, Fla., and a granddaughter. Funeral services are in Arizona and burial July 2, 1992, at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
