| David Nelson McMillen, 17, of Tampa, FLorida, died April 14, 1992, in Phoenix. A native of Lancaster, Ohio, he moved to Arizona in 1989 from Tampa. He was an honor student at Paradise Valley High School. He is survived by parents, David and Debra; one sister, Patricia W.; and his grandparents, Dwayne and Patricia Wadley; William and Helen Miller; Nelson and Jean McMillen; and Martha and Joseph Rodrigues.
