| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 27, 2009 Helen Colleen Oatman, 83, of Goodyear died Feb. 22, 2009, in Goodyear. Mrs. Oatman lived in the PebbleCreek retirement community for more than nine years. She is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Foster and Cheryl Sewards; one brother, Jack Schappert; one sister, Joanne Porter; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
