| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona March 3, 2009 Max L. Woolard, 72, of Buckeye died Feb. 27, 2009, in Goodyear. Mr. Woolard was born June 16, 1936, in Washington, N.C. He was an Air Force veteran and while stationed in Gila Bend, he met and married Marilyn Gillum. He worked at Gillum's Lockers and eventually took over the business from his father-in-law. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; one son, Raymond; one daughter, Susan McAllister; one sister, Stella; one brother, Russell; and two grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. James Roy officiating. Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements. See Also: Find A Grave |
