| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona March 3, 2009 Donald Dennis Shilliday, 71, of Litchfield Park, died March 1, 2009, in Scottsdale. Mr. Shilliday was born Sept. 3, 1937, in Franklin, Pa. He was a teacher, counselor and coach at both Agua Fria High School and Bourgade Catholic High School. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Beverly; one daughter, Dawn Ludden; two sons, Don Jr. and David; four sisters, Sally Birkner, Shirley Pajak, Rita Scherman and Kitty Showkeir; one brother, John; and nine grandchildren. Services are 10 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 13720 W. Thomas Road in Avondale, with the Rev. Michael Boyle officiating. |
