| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona December 29, 2006 Bobbie Marie Koprivnikar, 82, of Goodyear died Dec. 22, 2006. Mrs. Koprivnikar was born July 18, 1924, in Amarillo, Texas. She had traveled extensively around the world, living at times in Africa and Saudi Arabia. After living in Amarillo, Mrs. Koprivnikar moved to Sunnyvale, Calif., and later to Milpitas and Mariposa. She had worked as a school secretary for 30 years, later taking up painting. Mrs. Koprivnikar is survived by two daughters, Peggy Brisbin and Denise Sowers; one son, Don Dee Nettles; one stepdaughter, Claudett Carmine; two stepsons, Albert and Joe Koprivnikar; one sister, Opal Dee Barton of Amarillo; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, followed by a service at 11 a.m., at Skyway Church of the West Valley, 14900 W. Van Buren St. in Goodyear. The Rev. John Trillijo will officiate. Memorials may be sent to the Mariposa Baptist Church building fund, c/o 18130 W. Desert View Lane, Goodyear, AZ 85338. |
