Terry Lloyd Koons

Terry Lloyd Koons, 53, of Scottsdale, formerly of Hummelstown, Pa., died Sunday in Desert Samaritan Hospital, Mesa.

He was a civil engineer and worked for Gannett-Fleming Engineers and Planners in Phoenix.

He was a graduate of Drexel University and Hershey, Pa., High School. He was a member of Scottsdale United Methodist Church; Hershey Brownstone Lodge 666, F&AM; Harrisburg Consistory; Harrisburg Chapter of the Order of DeMolay; American Society of Civil Engineers; National Society of Professional Engineers; American Public Transportation Association; American Railroad Engineering Association; Arizona Railroad Engineering Association; American Public Works Association; and a life member of Boy Scouts of America.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Wagner Koons; a son, Todd A. of Los Angeles; a daughter, Drue Anne Koons of San Diego; his father, Lloyd E. Koons of Hershey; two brothers, Douglas T. of Harrisburg and Alexander K.W. of Hummelstown, PA; two sisters, Patricia K. Loser of Hershey and Deanne K. Hinkley of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and nephews and nieces.

Services Thursday, Feb. 24, 1994, at Hoover Funeral Home, Hershey. Burial will be in Hershey Cemetery.

Viewing at the funeral home, where Masonic services were held.
