| Thursday, December 03, 2009 Anne K. Bessler, 90, of Flagstaff, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, in Kingman. Mrs. Bessler was born June 18, 1919, in Philadelphia. She served in the Women's Army Corps during World War II. She was a member of WAC Vets and Flagstaff Dancin' Grannies. Mrs. Bessler is survived by her daughter, Libby Ruge (Bob) of Flagstaff; son Bob Bessler of North Carolina; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Bessler Sr.; her father, William Kerr; her mother, Katherine Kerr; five sisters; and two brothers. A memorial service will be in Pennsylvania at a later date. Sutton Funeral Home in Kingman is handling arrangements, |
