| Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Wednesday, December 02, 2009 Sylvanis Arthur Oso, 31, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, in Teesto. Mr. Oso was born on July 2, 1978, in Keams Canyon. He loved listening to music and loved his children very much. He will be greatly missed by his family. Mr. Oso is survived by his mother, Evelyn Gishie, of Teesto; daughters Syvanah Oso of Teesto and Yasmine Oso of Albuquerque, N.M.; sons Nikko Oso of Albuquerque and Damias Oso of Teesto; brothers Ebenezer Gishie of Teesto, Winston and Terrance Oso of Albuquerque; sister Audrey Gishie of Albuquerque; maternal grandmother Helen Gishie; uncles Roger, Leo, Gilbert and David Gishie; and aunt Marilyn Ruiz. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Gene Oso Sr., and paternal grandmother Blanche Dewakuku. A funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Teesto Nazarene Church, in Teesto, with the Rev. Johnny Nells officiating. Interment will follow at the family plot in Teesto. Greer's Mortuary of Winslow is handling arrangements. |
