The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 8, 2003 Jessie Jean Bandy, age 73, passed away Jan 5, 2003 in Phoenix, Az. Mr. Bandy was a self employed electrician for over 40 years in Gila Bend, Az. A member of the Wilcox, AZ Jaycees Club and B.P.O. Elks Lodge in Gila Bend. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 33 years, Wilma Lee (Wilkes) in 1982, and his eldest son, Jessie Wayne Bandy Sr. in 1994. He is survived by his son, Jerry Lynn Bandy Sr. and his wife Hope; daughters, Debbie Darlene Finney, Tamra Kay Durham and her companion Bob, and Robin Jennae Piper and her husband Ralph; brothers, Dencil L. and his wife Hildagard & Don A. Bandy and his wife Pat; sister, Esteleen Langford; seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Visitation 12:00 Noon and Funeral Service following at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003 at the Gila Bend Elks Lodge. Interment following at the Pioneer Cemetery in Gila Bend. Arrangements by Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, AZ. |
