The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona January 31, 2003 Kenneth Ray Gentry Sr., 74, was born June 21, 1928 in Russell, Oklahoma. He entered into rest January 27, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Following his military service, he worked for Mountain Bell for over 30 years until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Josephine Gentry, two sons, Kenneth Ray Gentry Jr. (Linda) and Alan Lee Gentry, three grandsons, Chris Gentry, Thomas Gentry and Jeremiah Gentry, four great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Justice, Jerred and Gabriel a.k.a. "Buck", two brothers, Ralph Gentry and Douglas Gentry and six sisters, Evelyn Wells, Margaret Trumpower, Joyce Ellis, Marilyn Gentry, Linda Celaya and Lila Sutton. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, February 1, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ. [Courtesy of Pat Wilson] |
