Two men are dead and a 10 year-old boy critically injured as the result of an accident Saturday night when a car plowed into the rear of a flatbed truck on Highway 60-70 about 10 miles east of Wenden.
Wilbern A. Abbott, 62, of Phoenix, a passenger in the car which hit the truck, died at the scene of the accident. Robert G. Michaud, 21, of Waukeaha, Wis., driver of the truck, died in Community Hospital here at 1:45 a. m. Sunday. Hospitalized here with critical
injuries was John B. Laucamp, 10, of Phoenix. He has deep lacerations of the face, a fractured skull, and has lost his left eye.

The boy was moved to Memorial Hospital, phoenix, Monday.

According to highway patrolmen, Elmer W. Laucamp, 45, 1 Phoenix, was the driver of the car which crashed into the rear of the truck driven by Michaud. Abbott and the boy were passengers in the car.

The elder Laucamp was brought into Wickenburg for treatment of minor injuries and then placed in the local jail on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, having no driver's license and reckless driving, according to Chief of Police Dick Savage. Because the accident happened in Yuma County, Laucamp was removed Sunday to the jail in Salome.
