| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 1, 2003 Esther V. Bowers, 83, of Tempe, AZ passed away January 29, 2003 in Mesa. She was born April 20, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at Melcher's Chapel of the Roses, 43 S. Stapley Dr., Mesa. Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Survivors include her sons, Kenneth, Richard and Joseph Bowers and granddaughter, Kelly Bowers. (Courtesy of Pat Wilson) |
