| The East Valley Tribune, Arizona Thursday, January 30, 2003 Cathy Hayes, 50, of Mesa, Arizona was taken by angels on January 28, 2003. Cathy was born October 27, 1952 in Mesa, AZ. She was married to Michael Hayes for 31 years. She was a loving mother to Casey (Sara), April and Codee Hayes and grandmother to Shelby Faith Hayes, who is to be born on April 2, 2003. Cathy was the sweetest, most loving person in the world to all who knew her. She was always there to help her family in any way she could. She was the best wife and most loving mother and friend. Cathy lost her life to cancer. In addition to her husband and children, Cathy is survived by her mother, Doreen Kempton; father, Newt Kempton; sisters, Nancy Cox and Marla Stallknecht; and one brother, Dennis Kempton. Memorial services will be held Friday, January 31, 2003 at 3:00 p.m., Love of Christ Lutheran Church, 1525 N. Power Rd., Mesa, Az.
