| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 2, 2003 William J. Race, age 80, entered into rest on January 24, 2003. William is survived by his his daughter, Lucy Tracy and two grand daughters, Rachel and Catherine of Loveland, CO. As well, as his brothers and sisters, Michael (Norma) Aman of Del Ray Beach, FL; Peter Race of Fostoria, OH; Joe (Marjorie) Wolf of Royal Palm Beach, FL; Charles Wolf of Millersburg, OH; Helen Brow of St. Petersburg, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Steven Race and his sister Marianne Aman. William was a long time Phoenix resident and he really enjoyed spending time with his life long friends, Betty Martin and Beryl Merritt of Glendale, AZ.
