He is preceded in death by John D. Johnson (father). Survivors include son-Cody J. Johnson; brother-David M. Johnson; sisters-Lora E. McDermitt & Patricia Kae Castleberry; mother-Norma Johnson. Visitation: Wednesday, February 5 from 5-8pm at Best Funeral Services, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria. Services, Thursday, Feb. 6, 10am, at Best Funeral Services.
