| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, April 11, 2003 Ralph Edgar Howard, 93, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2003 & was born in Blunt, SD on August 27, 1909. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife Blanche Howard; Daughter Deanna Duerke; and six siblings. He is survived by his son Dennis (Marie) Howard; grandson Christopher Howard; great-granddaughter Monique McClung and sister Edna Reinschmidt. Memorial service Sat.
