| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 21, 2003, p. A13 Lawrence Carl Duke, Sr., 79, passed away May 13, 2003 in Sun City West, Ariz. Lawrence was born May 2, 1924, in Bryant, Okla. He served 25 years of exemplary service in the navy before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Joanna; three children, Colleen, Lawrence Jr. and Marilynn; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Memorial services were held May 16, 2003 at the Congress Community Church and North Ranch Community Center in Congress. Donations may be made in honor of Lawrence Duke to the Congress Community Church Ministries, P.O. Box 203, Congress, AZ 85332. Frey Funeral Home handled arrangements.
