The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 5, 2003 L. Fred Chapman, 80, of Queen Creek, AZ, passed away February 3, 2003. Mr. Chapman served in the U.S. Navy. Visitation will be held February 6, 2003, 7-9 PM, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Rosary at 7:00 PM. Mass will be held February 7, 2003, 9:00 AM, Our Lady of Guadalupe, 20615 E. Ocotillo, Queen Creek, AZ. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ February 6, 2003 Lyman Fred Chapman, 80, of Queen Creek, beloved by all passed away Monday, February 3, 2003 after a long illness. Fred was an Aviation Radio Technician 2nd Class in the Navy & served for 40 years in the Veterans of Foreign Wars including his service as Post Commander & State Adjutant. He is survived by his wife Juanita, children; Steve, Jerry, Mary Jaques, grandchildren: Brandy Brown, Daniel Jaques, Tiffany Jaques, Shawna Chapman. The Viewing will be Thursday, February 6th from 6-7 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Queen Creek followed by a Rosary service 7-8pm. Funeral Mass at the same location Friday 9:00am.
