The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 5, 2003 Charles J. "Charlie" Cusac, Age 76, a 31 year resident of Glendale, AZ. passed away January 25, 2003 in Danville, IL. Charlie graduated from the East Peoria High School in IL. He served by his country in the United States Navy during WWII and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War. He also proudly served the City of East Peoria, IL as the Fire Chief for 15 Years. After retiring, he became employed with Caterpillar, Inc in East Peoria, IL. He is survived by his loving Daughter Janice S. Cusac; Sister Helen Thornton and his Best Buddy Pepper; 3 dear Grandchildren and several Step-Grand and Great grand children. A Memorial Service will be 1pm., Saturday, February 8, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ.
