| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 6, 2003 Jack Lynn Bush, 86, born Aug. 4, 1916 in Capitan, NM, passed away Feb. 4, 2003. He is survived by his son Jim Bush, daughter Barbara Martin, 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, Feb. 7, 2003 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phx., AZ.
