| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 6, 2003 George Ferguson, of Phoenix passed away January 31, 2003. George is an Army Veteran. He is survived by his daughter Carolyn (Kelly) Miller; 3 sons, Michael, Gerald and Douglas Ferguson; 2 brothers Dale Hickok and Larry Ferguson and 3 grandchildren.
