| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Mafalda Helen Smigiel age 86, died July 25, 2004 in Phoenix. She was born December 7, 1917 in Secaucus, N.J. Mafalda is survived by a loving husband Theodore Raymond, daughters Maryann (Jerald) COLE, Helen TERRASI, grandchildren Jerald & James COLE & Jaclyn Ann TERRASI. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Services have been held. Arrangements entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary. See Also: Gravestone |
