Raymond L. Dambrauskas, passed away on February 3, 2003.

He was born in Kaunas, Lithuania on April 17, 1942. As a child he immigrated with his family to the United States.

He served his country proudly during the Vietnam War in the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles and retired from the Air National Guard.

He met & married his wife Rosemary in Chicago and they moved to Arizona in 1972. Rays' passion was for cars & he was an auto mechanic by profession. He was an active member of the American Legion & Past Commander of Post #2 and was active in the Tempe Veterans Day parade in past years.

Rimas was preceded in death by his father, Marijonas, Dambrauskas and his sister, Dalia Jeziorski.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rosemary; mother, Jean; step mother, Marie-Luise Damrauskas; sister, Angelika Dambrauskas-Lutes; brother, Tony Dambrauskas; nieces, Christine (Tony) Looper & Jenna Jeziorski and his doggie, Sandy.

Services were held on Saturday, February 8, 2003 at American Legion Post #2, 2125 S. Industrial Park Ave., Tempe, AZ, Tempe Mortuary handling arrangements.
