| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, November 28, 2009 Willie Mae Elizabeth Hobbs died at 101 years of age on Thanksgiving Day. She was born Sept. 24, 1908, as Willie Mae Elizabeth Gerloff in Taylor, Texas. She has one surviving son, Fleming Hobbs, who lives in Prescott, Ariz., with his wife Dorina Hobbs. A celebration of Willie Mae's life is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 3, 2009, at her son's home, 885 Yavapai Hills Dr., Prescott. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin assisted the family with final arrangements.
