| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 8, 2003 Herbert E. "Buddy" Wolff, 75, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on February 6, 2003. Mr. Wolff was a Merchant Marine during World War II. Visitation is private. Services will be held on Sunday, February 9th, 1:00 p.m. at Messinger Mortuary Chapel, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, AZ.
