Visitation: 10-11 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2003, at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix, Az.

Services: 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2003, Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix, Az.

Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, Gardiner Home, 1522 W. Myrtle, Phoenix, Az.

Patricia M. Rooney, 67, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away Monday, January 6, 2003. Patricia was born in Tucson, Arizona, June 25, 1935.

Pat is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Diana Rooney of El Centro, Calif., numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2003, followed by services at 11:00 a.m,. at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. Seventh St., Phoenix.

Patricia was raised in Bisbee, Arizona, and moved to Kellogg, Idaho in 1950. She graduated from Kellogg High School in 1954 and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1961. Patricia taught for twenty-eight years for the Washington School District in Phoenix and retired in 1989.

Pat was a loving friend and caregiver to all. She will be fondly remembered by family and friends for her organization, frivolity, generosity, and beautiful smile.

Special thanks is given to Rosie Rochin for the care given to Patricia during her illness.
