| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 11, 2003 Kenneth (Neil) Mottern, Jr., 70, of Mesa, Arizona, died January 7, 2002, in Mesa. Neil is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Mary, and children Danny (Maude) Donny, Debra (Marc), David (Lynn) and ten grandchildren. He was born on January 15, 1932 in Macon, Ga. as an only child to Kenneth N. Mottern Sr. and Julia Mae Perkins. He attended military school and also served in the United States Navy. Neil worked at Airesearch for 20 years and retired from Triumph Air Repair, as president in 1991. He enjoyed playing golf and working on his computer. Neil will be missed as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Private services were held. Meldrum Mortuary handled arrangements. Courtesy of Pat Wilson. |
