Alma C. Gilbert, September 22, 1926 - January 2003, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Alma was born in Canton, Ohio and the daughter of Vincent and Florence Maggorie.

Alma was an inspiration to all around her. Graduate of the Church of Christian philosophy, Alma was devout in her Belief and made the world a much more positive, happy and better place.

The true love of her Life was her husband Dick, who predeceased her.

Alma, Dick and her son Gary were the president/owner of four Radio Stations in the Valley and one in Sedona. Most recognized were KNIX and KXTC. Alma and her family have been residents of the Valley since the 1950's.

She was predeceased by her two brothers, Vincent Maggorie and Jerry Maggorie; husband, Dick Gilbert; sister, Gloria Shaidnagle; son, Gary Gilbert.

She is survived by her grandson, Michael Gilbert; sister, Kay Byland; nieces, Cynthia Driscoll and Kimberly Litt; nephew, Carl Byland and great-grandson, Oscar Gilbert.

Alma loved her family dearly and touched a spot deep in everyone's heart. She will always be loved and missed.

Private services were held for the family only.
