| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 12, 2003 Cameron Bacchus Moffett (Goodch), 37, of West Hollywood passed away January 10, 2003. Cameron resided in Glendale, Az. through his 18th year, went to Independence High School and moved to California to pursue his career. He is survived by and will be greatly missed by his parents John & Barbara Gooch of Glendale, Az., sisters, Denise, Jacqueline and SuAnn, brothers, Jon, Michael, Patrick, Mark, Steven, Daniel, and Johnny as well as many nieces and nephews, his very good friend Steven Kay, Rita Koach and countless other friends to numerous to name.
