| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 12, 2003 Alice M. Ochoa of Peoria, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2003 at the age of 46 due to colon cancer and related complications. Alice was born on June 17, 1956 in Sun Valley, Calif. and lived there for 40 years, living the last six years in Arizona. She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa and Stephanie; parents, Mike and Lillian Alderete; and brothers, Mike (Mary), Tom, Leonard and Anthony (Susan) Alderete. A Memorial service was held, Saturday, January 11th, at Deer Valley Middle School.
