| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 9, 2003 Steven Michael Thompson, 49, of Phx passed away Feb. 3, 2003. Born in Iowa City, IA to Wayne & Edna (Seifert) Thompson he attended Chicago School of Design & was part owner of Stevan's Furniture & Design in Phx for 10 yrs. Steven is survived by sisters, Donna Vavroch & Debby Rohret; brothers Gary Spratt & Tom Thompson; nieces Stephanie Kaiser, Lindsay Thompson, Tennille Athey, Jenna Spratt & Kayley Thompson; nephews Jeremy & Adam Rohret, Justin Spratt & great nephew Alex Athey. Memorial Service Feb. 16, 2003, 1 PM at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird. Steven had a passion for roses. Flowers or donations: J. C. Lincoln N. Mtn. Health Fnd.
