| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 10, 2003 Douglas J. Richardson, 40, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away February 7, 2003. He was born in Joliet, Illinois on May 31, 1962. He is survived by his parents, Sam & Betty Richardson of Glendale, Arizona, and sister Teresa Burgess of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Services will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 15, 2003 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 2942 W. Camelback Rd. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E.
