| Winterset Madisonian Winterset, Iowa August 27, 1986 Lucy V. Roseland, Albany, Ore. Word has been received of the death of Lucy V. Roseland, 88, Albany, Ore., who was a former rural Winterset and Winterset resident. She was born Sept. 30, 1897 in Montezuma, Iowa, the daughter of Charley G. Morrison and Lucy Klinker Morrison. She was married to Elmer Roseland on Feb. 22, 1928 in Des Moines. They moved to (Prescott) Arizona in 1965 and Mr. Roseland died there in 1966. Mrs. Roseland later moved to Spokane, Wash., and then came to Albany in 1975. Mrs. Roseland, who was a homemaker belonged to the First Christian Church in Albany. She was a former member of the First Christian Church in Winterset. She is survived by a son, Kenneth E. of Lebanon, Ore.; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. |
