Peter J. Bejarano

Peter F. Bejarano, 63, of San Martin, Calif., died July 28 [2003] in Gilroy, Calif. He was born in Miami.

After receiving his bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering, he started his career working for Salt River Project in Tempe, then went into the semiconductor industry working for 33 years for companies in Arizona and California. He retired for a short time before becoming an elementary school teacher. He also coached Pop Warner football and Morgan Hill Pony baseball for approximately 30 years.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Anthony P. and Melanie Bejarano of Gilbert, Paul M. and Yvonne Bejarano and Rogelio A. and Jennifer Bejarano, all of Gilroy, and J. Dominic Bejarano of Morgan Hill, Calif.; one daughter and son-in-law, Denise M. and Art Arellano of Gilbert; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 4 at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Morgan Hill.
