She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 24, 1930. She is survived by her children Robert & Andy Maciejewski and Geraldine Perry; sisters Thelma Kolodzik, Alice Brown and Dorothy Fisher; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter Theresa Smith. Funeral services will be on Friday, February 21, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona.
