| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 27, 1956, p. 1 Jo B. Wonsetler Riles Wednesday Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon of this week at the Wickenburg Chapel for Jo B. Wonsetler, well known resident of the Salome and Wickenburg areas, who passed away shortly after noon Saturday, April 21, at Community Hospital here. He was 60 years of age and his death was due to the after-affects of a kidney ailment. Mr. Wonsetler, who was a geologist, came to this area in 1944 from Fort Monmouth, N.J., where he had been with the plastics division of the Signal Corps. Previous to that, he had served as headmaster of the Pacific Military Academy in Culver City, Calif., and of the Moran Schools at Atascadero, Calif., and Bainbridge Island, Wash. He had also served as athletic director of the New Mexico Military Institute at Roswell, N.M. Mr. Wonsetler is survived by his wife and a daughter, Jacqueline, both of Salem, Ore. |
