| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ February 15, 1957, p. 1 Luther Wonder Rites Wednesday Funeral services were held at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Wickenburg Chapel for Luther Wonder, 74-year-old resident of Wickenburg for the past three years, who passed away Monday night at Community Hospital. His death was due to double pneumonia. He had been a patient in the hospital only a few hours. Mr. Wonder, father of Leonard Wonder, was born March 31, 1882, in Peru, Neb. He had engaged in the plumbing business most of his life, retiring three years ago when he and Mr. Wonder moved to Wickenburg to make their home with their son. Surviving are the widow, Anna; Leonard, the only child; and a nephew, Robert Price of Tacoma, Wash. Also two grandsons. Burial took place in the Wickenburg Cemetery. See Also: Find a Grave |
