| Anna K. Lemelin, 48, Surrounded by her beloved family, Ann passed peacefully to eternal rest in heaven, June 20th, 2002, with the grace, dignity, courage and faith that had sustained her during her 8 1/2 year battle with breast cancer. Ann was a radiant light whose devotion, love and affection for others continuously outshone her own needs, even to the last day of her life. Her love, laughter and concern for others filled every day of her life and touched the lives of everyone that she met. Her loving reach extended to family and friends throughout the United States, Austria, Germany and Canada, all of whom grieve her loss, yet are grateful to God and celebrate the incredible woman that she was and the courageous battle she fought. Ann was born in Salzburg, Austria on May 23rd, 1954. She came to the United States at the age of two and settled with her parents and grandparents in the Denver, Colorado area. She married her husband, David, in 1979 and moved with their daughters to Arizona in 1989. Ann was preceded in death by her brother Josef Martin Adam and is survived by her husband David, precious daughters, Jennifer and Katie, parents, Josef and Anna Adam, sister, Edie Johnson and brother, Eric Adam, in addition to their families, nieces, nephews, and in-laws. In lieu of flowers, Ann wished contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation with the hope that a cure may be found in our lifetime. Memorial services will be held at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 3801 E. Greenway, Tuesday June 25th, 2002, in the hall. Mass to be held at 11:00 in the church.
