Bonnie Jeanne Logsdon Doran, Born August 16, 1920 in South Bend, Indiana to Alexander Weaver Logsdon and Bonnie Olive Broaddus Logsdon. Passed away March 2, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Bonnie Jeanne graduated from Macomb High School in 1936, & attended Western Illinois University. After moving to Phoenix from Macomb, Illinois in 1951, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in English & Education from Arizona State University in 1972. She loved teaching, & during her career taught at Phoenix Union High School, Lucky Thirteen, & the Gary Tang Center for Adult Basic Education.

She believed in the dignity of all living things, honored our interconnectedness, and felt Human Kindness to be the source of true happiness. She felt no separation from the sunshine that warmed her back nor from the forces that made her flowers grow. She will be remembered as a person who found magic just being in the present moment.

Preceding her in death are her husband Louis Edward Doran, her son Daniel Patrick Doran, and her brothers Charles, and Philip Logsdon.

She is survived by her sister Winifred McArtor and her children Sherry Lynn Doran-McDonald, Pamela Anne Doran, Christopher Mark Doran, and Mary Elizabeth McCarthy.
