Joan Beryl (Taylor) Moore

Joan Beryl Moore died March 14, 2008 at the Crossings, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born March 11, 1929, in Cambridge, England the daughter of James and Jessie (Doggett) Taylor. Joan was 79 years young
Joan enjoyed gardening , especially beautiful zinnias and marigolds; but the family can remember her bountiful vegetable gardens when they were growing up. She always took wonderful care of her family and pets. Joan had a lifetime love of dogs. She was a member of the Chino Valley Word of Life Church.

Joan is survived by her daughter; Jessie (William) Kraft of Chino Valley; sons, David (Donna) Moore of Quitman, Texas and Clifford Charles of Yigo, Guam; grandchildren, Nina, Sherri, Jayleen, Matthew, and Colby; great grandchildren, Billy, Tristan and Toby. Joan is also survived by her four footed family, Penny and Snickers. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Celba L. Charles and John M. Moore.
A celebration of her life will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2008 at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton with private family burial at Chino Valley Cemetery.

She requested memorials in her name to the Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Rd. Prescott, AZ 86301.
