| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona July 17, 1996, p.A2 Lois M. Duddles of Wickenburg died July 12 in Wickenburg. She was 87. Mrs. Duddles was born May 9, 1909 in Victor, Mont. She had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years, coming from Michigan. Mrs. Duddles was active in the ladies craft group at the First Presbyterian Church. She was also a volunteer at the Wise Owl Center, Wickenburg community Hospital and the Desert Caballeros Western Museum. She was a national member of AARP, and a former member of the Wickenburg Gem and Mineral Society. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Stitt of Sana Diego, Calif.; stepsons Allen Duddles of Meridian, Idaho, Ralph Duddles of Coos Bay, Ore. and Glen Duddles of Knoxville, Tenn.; grandchildren Jason and Jessica Stitt, both of San Diego, Calif.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, T. Clyde Banfield in 1948, and Willard J. Duddles in 1994. Funeral services were July 15 at the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg, Pastor James Longstreet officiated. Interment will be at a later date in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Contributions in Mrs. Duddles’ name may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Library Fund, 180 N. Adams St. Wickenburg, Ariz., 85390. Arrangements were by Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
