Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, April 13, 2008 Ellin DiCarlo Farmer went home to her Lord Jesus on Sunday, April 6, 2008, in the presence of her loving husband, Michael Farmer. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, she passed peacefully at their home in Prescott, Ariz. Ellin was born on Jan. 15, 1947, in Newton, Mass., to John and Josephine (Kelly) DiCarlo who preceded her in death. She was the devoted sister of Bernadette Borelli and cherished aunt of Michelle Chrisafideis, Christopher Borelli, John Samuel Borelli and Noelle Borelli. Ellin will be dearly missed by her family and friends. All who knew her will remember her sparkling personality, her smile and hear her laugh and think of all those she touched with her great enduring love, faith in God and joy of life. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2008, at the Heritage Memor y Mortuar y Chapel in Prescott, Ariz. A celebration of her life will be this summer in Mattapoisett, Mass, at her favorite beach for her family and friends on the East Coast. Ellin’s love of the seaside often brought her back there to enjoy family, friends and to feel the summer breezes and hear the crash of waves on the beach. Heritage Memory Mortuary assisted the family with arrangements.
