| Infant twin boys Michael Angelo Falquez and Pedro Alejandro Falquez died Sept. 4 [2003] at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. They are survived by their mother, Monica Falquez of Globe; their father, John Perez of Globe; three sisters, Gabriella Talamantes and Onalysia Talamantes of Globe, and Moniqua Horta of Phoenix; and one brother, Angel Perez of Globe. Graveside service was conducted Sept. 13 at Globe Cemetery under the direction of Lamont Mortuary of Globe. |
