Russell A. Brown, a loving husband and father, 87, passed away on the 30th of March 2003. Born October 22, 1915 in Wymore, Nebraska to Ben and Maude Lizer Brown.

Russell moved to Arizona from Indiana in 1954. He worked for Air Research as a Manufacturing Engineer. He loved the outdoor life: lapidary, hunting, fishing and trailer travel.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth of nearly 63 years. Children: Darlene Dominguez, David (Susan) and Daniel (Billie Jo) Brown and Maleta (Duane) Hamblin. Sisters: Eleanor Till, Fort Wayne, Indiana; Dorothy Gaft, Phoenix, Arizona; Helen Till, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

He was preceeded in death by his brothers, Paul and Francis Brown and a great granddaughter, Lauren Adkins. His kindness and sense of humor will be notably missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service in his honor will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 3530 North 32nd Street, Phoenix.
