Leola (Scotty) (Scott) Wiltcher

Leola "Scotty" Wiltcher, 75, passed away on Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. She was born Sept. 20, 1932, in Prescott, Ariz.; the daughter of Cleve and Naomi (Davis) Scott.

Scotty and Mack, as native Prescottonians, maintain a summer home here and always attended the class of 1950 high school reunions.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Phoenix and attended American Lutheran in Prescott. She enjoyed a good hand of bridge and was an avid player.

Leola is survived by her husband, Mack Wiltcher; children, Stephanie (Kelly) Baker, Kathryn (DonWeathersbee) Wiltcher, Sandra Wiltcher and Douglas (Rosemary Hudspeth) Wiltcher; grandchildren, Kimmi, Tazmon , Ashley and Sidney; great-grandchildren, Blaze and Jayci; and a sister Shirley (James) Harvey.

There will be a visitation from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Corte and Carleton in Prescott. A celebration of life service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, 2007, at the American Lutheran Church, 1085 Scott Dr., Prescott with a final committal at Mountain View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Leola's honor to the American Cancer Society, Southwest Division, 2724 E. Larkin, Suite 9, Flagstaff, Az., 86004.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
