Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, April 23, 2008 Stephen Russell Walker, 45, of Phoenix and the Prescott area was tragically lost to us on April 16, 2008. Steve was known and loved by many. He attended Catalina and Alhambra schools in the west valley. He was an excavating contractor and worked in the Prescott area. He was preceded in death by his daughter Brieanna. He is survived by his son Brandon Walker of Atlanta, Ga.; his father and mother, Rusty and Kay Walker; and three sisters, Karie (Ed) Gritters, Crystal Altenbach (Jeff) and Elizabeth (Jason) Clanton. He is also survived by his grandparents, CW Walker and Helen Cunningham, and 11 nieces and nephews. Steve touched the lives of everyone he met and will be dearly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to (SIDS) First Candle or Arizona Suicide Prevention. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Maryvale Baptist Church, 5702 N. 35th Ave., Phoenix, Ariz. |
